When old ways no are no longer working, when “that” feeling just won’t go away. Allow me to help you jumpstart your healing journey. You can do this!
I am passionate about working with marginalized individuals and people of color. You are resilient and deserve positive and healthy relationships. I believe you have the potential to heal from old wounds, the power to grow into the person you aspire to be and have healthy relationships. It takes courage and desire for change. As your therapist I will meet you where you are. Please allow me to walk the journey with you.
My approach is solution focused. I understand that not everyone feels they need to spend a lot of time revisiting their past to move forward in life. We will focus on the here and now and solving the problem. We will also explore thought patterns and ways to modify them into more functional, healthy patterns. Through our work together, you will gain insight which will help you chose solutions that are more authentic to you.
