Life comes at us fast and can often become very overwhelming.  The feelings of stress, anxiety and fear can become paralyzing, leaving us feeling frustrated and trapped.  It’s easy to resort to unhealthy thoughts and behaviors to cope with life’s endless challenges.  Maybe you are starting to realize that what you’re doing now isn’t working, but you just don’t know where to start.  The good news is, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.  I am a therapist who works with adolescents, adults, couples and families.  I help clients work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, addiction, co-dependency and relationship issues.  I believe that the client is expert in their own life, but I also believe it is a collaborative effort. Together, we can identify the things that are holding you back from living your best life.  We can work to develop more positive thought patterns and coping skills.  Sometimes, all we need is someone to walk alongside us on our journey to healing, recovery and growth.

As a veteran and former military spouse, I am passionate about continuing to serve the military community.  I specialize in working with first responders, healthcare providers and their families.  I also extensive experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.  I can help with managing behavioral challenges, as well as provide family support.

I believe in using a holistic approach to help clients achieve balance in their mind, body and soul.  My clients will tell you that they appreciate my ability to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space.  I am known for my sense of humor and ability to find the good in any situation.
