Supervised by Tammy Fisher, MA, LPC-S, LMFT-S

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual and often parents are left wondering how to help their kids and/or teens deal with anxiety and depression. My goal is to help equip both kids and their parents with skills they can use at home to manage the issues at hand.

I work with children, adolescents, parents, and adults to help find ways to cope with anxiety, depression, grief, and other phase of life issues.

As a person of faith, I also have a unique perspective to help those going through a crisis of faith and/or who are dealing with religious wounds.

I received my BA in Christian Ministries from California Christian College. I then received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California where I also worked with young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and crises of faith.
